What to expect from our interview process

The first step is to email your resume to careers@burnettadvisors.com, and please also tell us about yourself and what you would bring to our team.

After reviewing this information, we may set up a conversation with one of our team members via a ZOOM call. This will be a short chat to learn more about your background and interests, to share more about working with Burnett Advisors, and to answer any initial questions.

If we believe that you could be an important part of our team, we will set up another ZOOM conference or face-to-face meeting with our hiring team. Please be prepared to spend some time with us so that we may get to know you even better and can answer any questions you have about the opportunities at our firm, to provide professional references, and to possibly partake in some skill-assessing activities.
